Transcripts and Enrollment VerificationOfficial Saint Paul transcripts are printed on non-reproducible paper that bears the seal of the institution. Courses a student has taken and the degree program in which the student was enrolled are listed on each transcript. A key to the grading system in use at the time the student was enrolled appears on the reverse side of the transcript.
Enrolled students, former students, and alumni/ae may request that the Registrar's Office send an official transcript or verification of enrollment to designated persons or institutions. A downloadable form is available on this page for this purpose. Requests must bear a valid student signature. Ordinarily, student records are mailed within one week of receipt of the request. Additional time may be needed at busy times of year, especially during January and May.
Transcripts are issued to students, former students, and alumni whose accounts are paid in full. Queries regarding the status of accounts should be directed to Tony Gibson, Accounting and Payroll, (816) 245-4820 or tonyg@spst.edu.
Saint Paul does not reproduce or send copies of student transcripts from other institutions.
**Course of Study students should contact Audrey Williams for COS transcripts, for more informaton please see the Course of Study School webpage.
